S Music Studio, located in the heart of Middletown, is has a large room that can host wedding, shower and birthday events along with workshops and conferences. We have tables and chairs available along with a sound system that can be used. There is a small kitchen area with a sink and microwave. All food would need to be brought in. There is an outdoor space behind the building for an event if needed. We also have a popcorn maker and cotton candy maker that can be rented for your event. Our space is decorated like a barn and has lots of atmosphere.

Room rent is $100 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours. An additional 30 minutes before and after is provided for setup and clean up. Food and alcohol is permitted. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at the time of registration. The Barn is available on Fridays after 6:30 pm, Saturdays and Sundays after 12 pm. For recurring events please call for special pricing.
