Fall and Spring Fun Days (COVID permitting): 

Twice during the school year, we will have Saturday fun days. We will open this event up to the whole studio as well as our community. The fun day theme will be Cultural Expressions (broadening our world vision through the arts). We will learn how the arts are expressed in different countries. Guest speakers from around the world will meet with us virtually, and art instructors will teach us how to paint a picture or create a craft from another country, there will be dance instruction as well as games and singing. For our bucket drummers, we will include drumming challenges and other drum related activities. These activities will be throughout the day. 

 

Community Service Project:

Once, every other month students will have the opportunity to partner with some local nonprofits to do community service projects. Getting involved in our community is important to us and we want to give our students the opportunity to give back. We will also share our music with both of these places while we are there.
